*Credit Card Transaction Fees are not included in the payment schedule. Individual payment schedules will vary if a player is awarded financial aid.
**Please note that if a player joins after ONE or MORE payment dates have already passed, it will affect the payment amount of their individual payments going forward.
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
An Early Registration Discount of $100 applies to all registrations that make an initial deposit and complete the player registration by June 5, 2023. All registrations after June 5 are not eligible for the Early Registration Discount.
FEES
The fees cover the overall operational costs of the program, which include items such as league games, club overhead fees, field fees, referee fees, and coaching fees. There will be an additional fee for NPL, MLS NEXT, ELITE ACADEMY and DPL registrations to cover additional expenses for these programs.
Fees do not cover any personal or team-related expenses. Items not included in (nor available for financial aid) are uniforms, travel, accessories, shoes, practice gear or any protective gear. Optional team events such as tournaments are NOT included in team fees. NorCal Cup is a tournament and is a team expense. (Tournament costs are not available for, nor included in financial aid).
Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required prior to each season at the time of registration. Once the deposit is paid, you will automatically be placed on a payment plan if you decide not to pay in full. You can choose to pay in full at the time of registration or make the payments as scheduled below.
REFUND POLICY
The policy of SAN MATEO COUNTY FC is to issue no refunds after a child has played in a sanctioned game or practice. Prior to playing in a sanctioned game or practice a refund of the registration fee less an administrative handling fee will be issued. We plan the team budget based on the number of players that are accepted to a team, so unfortunately there are no refunds or prorated fees for any fees paid. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
PRIVACY POLICY
SAN MATEO COUNTY FC only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. SAN MATEO COUNTY FC handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of SAN MATEO COUNTY FC , or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of SAN MATEO COUNTY FC affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.
SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet." (etc.)
Furthermore, your credit card number, expiration date and CSV code is never stored in our systems.
Our systems are routinely scanned by a third-party provider for security vulnerabilities in compliance with the policies of VISA / MASTERCARD.
